Nigerian Peculiarities and Coalition Agenda

Coalition Agenda, trending

Very many people consider Nigeria Politicians as very smart and purpose driven, even as the coalition agenda trends. They have over the years understood the movement of the slide and the dance of/to loyalty versus individual relevance and personality augmentation. These have become much more important and factual than ideology, nationality, decency or even godliness. These have also promoted immediate gain (more especially when the immediate gain can keep you floating till the next coalition in the next political year) over nation building.

The truth is that your sins as an individual gain minded politician in Nigeria enhance your portfolio for employment in the next campaign political year. What actually, they believe, were your achievements as a Labour Party Agent who was mercilessly beaten and dragged away from the collation hall for reading out the legal duties of a returning INEC officer and demanding that the INEC officer assume his legal right in the discharge of his duties in Imo State. Such actors are hero seekers and are not the play-alone kind of politicians who guarantee victory. The co-ordinate must be smart enough to manufacture glitch that is not detectable to the service provider since he will never be made to account for it not minding that the lives of millions of Nigerians depend on it.

coalition agenda

The 2027 election may not be different from the worst elections Nigerians have witnessed if the elites in Nigeria do not change their mind set. It is the responsibility of traditional Leaders, Military Generals, Head of Parastatals, Professionals and the like to demand that things be allowed to follow due cause for the safety of our Nation. The truth is that if they do that the powers that be will stop releasing their allocation and if they agitate they will be asked to go to court. Who therefore will deliver us from being slaves in our fatherland; only sincere unity, oneness, determination, and sacrificial courage will. These need not come from the North, South, East or West. It needs to come from all meaningful Nigerians, under a coherent platform which we wish the present coalition will provide.
